To be eligible for a return or exchange:
💎The item must be new, unworn, and unaltered condition💎
💎Items must include original packaging and documentation💎
💎The return must use our provided FedEx label💎
💎Returns must be sent from within the United States💎
We kindly ask that you use the original box and avoid oversized packaging to prevent additional shipping fees. Should Guarascio Jewelers incur excess shipping costs due to oversized packaging, we may collect that fee from the customer. Our FedEx labels will work for standard FedEx packages and will not incur any additional cost to you.

Our FedEx packages and labels are insured, and we cannot guarantee this insurance outside of FedEx
Once your return label is issued, your package must be scanned by FedEx within 7 days.
Returns received after the 7-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Manufacturing Defects & Returns

✏️ Cancel or Change an Order✏️
At this time, we only offer custom orders.
If you want to make last minute changes to the production of an item you will need to reach out to your sales representative. All changes in design do incur a $250 re-design fee. Clients are responsible for change in prices for the new designs and the new market price for materials if new materials need to be purchased.
