
Our pieces are crafted with the utmost care, and in the rare instance of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at our cost, provided the issue originates from our workmanship. Upon delivery, the client is responsible for inspecting the product, and any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. A FedEx return label will be provided, and the item must be scanned for return within 7 days of receipt of the label.

Covered Under Warranty for One (1) Year:

Manufacturing defects originating from our workmanship

One sizing adjustment within the first year (exceptions: eternity bands, heavily pavé-set rings, rings with softer center stones (Mohs 8 or below), or adjustments exceeding one full size, which may require recasting)

Melee or small stone tightening of 1.5mm or less during the first year

Accidental damage (repairs may be offered at actual cost, no profit)

Damage to stones or prongs caused by accidental damage

Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain insurance coverage for accidental damage or loss. We recommend Jewelers Mutual for extended warranty or jewelry-specific insurance. Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of manufacturing defects and does not extend to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
